making of wine

good evening everyone..
i love my chemistry tuition teacher..
he is so kind..
love to attend his class..
feel so sorry as i was fishing almost every lesson last year..
this year form 5..
chpter 2..
he asked us whether want to do fermentation or not..
i love tht! i want !
he bought yeast for us..
and taught us how to make ethanol( if not mistaken)
haha..
making wine as we called..
first
3 spoon of sugar( if not mistaken)
water in botol
yeast(must)
second
rice
water in botol
yeast (same)
third
fruits
water in botol
yeast(for sure)
left it for a few days..
4 to 5 days then can dy..
this is what u need to be caution
second or third day u can open the botol of the cover a bit and let the gas to flow out..
to avoid explosion.. XD
dnt put the botol near ur face or ur nose! (take note)
dnt smell directly by using ur nose..
use ur hand to wave the air and let the smell to go into ur nose..

i knw i dnt like wine or anything with more than 40% alcohol mia drinks..
too bad..
as i feel like fainting when smell tht..

as natural is the best, right? XD
in theory, this wine can be drink..
bt in practical.. u better dnt try it..
because u dunno whether there is methanol in it or not..
if the methanol is high concentration than it suppose to be ...
if u are lucky, u will be blind after u drank it..
if u are extremely lucky, u will die ..
so pls dnt simply drink any alcohol drinks...
